Carbon X1 (5th gen) going to sleep within 2.5 minutes while plugged in.

My sleep settings are set to 5 minutes when on battery, and 30 minutes on AC power... Battery is full and the system reports that it is on AC power.
I've tried adjusting both setting and still, it goes to sleep after 2.5 minutes.

After a fresh restart, it usually behaves well for a while. But after a few resumes from sleep or hibernation, it starts to act up. If I unplug the system from AC and it's running on battery, it does go to sleep at the correct time.

Any ideas?

EDIT: I should also mention that by AC I mean that I have this plugged into a Thinkpad Thunderbolt 3 Dock.

Yes. There's another user who posted a similar issue with the Thunderbolt 3 dock. And I've been dealing with it too. Pretty frustrating.

Do you have a link to the other thread?
There are other issues with the TB3 dock, like ethernet not working, KB and mouse not working, but thought I'd start with this issue.
