I just want to leave a message to compliment Lenovo service. A couple of weeks ago I sent my X61 to repair a non-functional Bluetooth. The Depot service repaired the X61 and shipped it back the same day. The turnaround time, from the moment I sent it in to the day I got it back, was 3 days.
Additionally, the service people went above and beyond what was necessary to fix the Bluetooth card. The top bezel, the one around the keyboard, was broken where the express card slot is, and they replaced that. They also replaced the motherboard, and the keyboard, even though I didn't say anything about it. It almost feels like a brand new machine.
I have had several thinkpads, and that is certainly the level of service and quality that ThinkPad owners expect. Thank you, Lenovo. I will continue to be a loyal ThinkPad user. I plan on buying another laptop within the next year, hopefully the new X220.

That is exactly why I posted the message, because in these forums customers usually only see the negatives. I can say that but for the occasional hicup, my ThinkPads have always performed great. Whenever there has been a problem, IBM before, and Lenovo now, have been stelar.
