Connexant Audio and Sierra WWAN: No drivers installed for this device

Despite the efforts, the Conexant Audio and Sierra WWAN (EM7455) drivers keep NOT being properly installed on my Yoga (2nd Gen, 20JE-S03T00) running Win 10 v1803, as can be seen from the attached Screenshot 1 from Windows' device manager. Using Lenovo Service Bridge or Lenovo Vantage to install both drivers again and again does not change this: after reboot, Lenovo Service Bridge still shows that the drivers need to be installed or updated (Screenshot 2) and the Device Manager still reports 'No drivers installed for this device' (again, Screenshot 1).

The newest driver for your EM7455 is on your support page. Later on, typically 30 days, the support page version will be added to the System Update catalog used by Vantage.

 

The audio driver on your support page and in SU catalog are the same version.

 

You should download both drivers from your support page and try the install.
