Driver for PCI Memory Controller

Hello, can any one can tell me how can I get the driver for PCI Memory Controller? My laptop model is x200s, 7465CTO. I cant find from the ibm offical website. Thank you very much!

You need the driver for Intel Turbo Memory.  Only Windows Vista can use Turbo Memory, so we only have a Vista version for the driver:

If you are using Windows XP, and want to disable the device, you would use:

Assuming the "Intel Turbo memory" is a cache card on the mini-PCIe port, will it work with Windows 7? I had to remove the Lenovo-supplied Intel Turbo Memory driver as it's known to cause the Win7 Troubleshooter to fail. That said, I think ColOneill said there's a later version available direct from Intel.

Oddly, my "Turbo memory" cache card isn't 1 or 2 GB. It's 1.37GB. **bleep** peculiar.
