Hi, I'm facing a similar issue as well, which didn't get any response after I submitted my battery replacement order about a week ago. I sent an email twice to firstname.lastname@example.org but didn't hear anything from them so far.
Can anyone helps?

I did not see this thread at all until today. I got to know about the recall only in 2016. I have a T420 (April 2012), which I am still using it. The battery died in 2012 august itself. I made multiple calls to technichal support and they all said they dont know. I understand it is late but do i still get help to get it replaced?
