I just got my 6st gen Carbon X1 - beautiful device, I'm loving it.
BUT! Out of the box the fingerprint reader didn't work properly. Kept disconecting. So I updated WIN 10 and installed all the drivers plus the BIOS. Now, under the Device Manager, it just says "This device cannot start (Code 10)".
I tried reinstalling the drivers, manually and through Vantage - no go. I keep reading that this turns up as a problem sometimes, but most people solved it through driver reinstalls. Doesn't work here. So, before I return it - any ideas?
