For the past week my Verizon connection won't disconnect. If you click disconnect in the Windows control panel and in VZ access manager it does not complete the process and stays connected. No error, just doesn't disconnect.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the driver and VZ Access Manager. No change.
Interesting, I uninstalled the Lenovo driver and VZ Access Manager. Then I installed the Lenovo driver. As soon as the Lenovo driver was installed Verizon was connected and I cannot disconnect.
In Windows, under properties, I have selected "Do not automatically connect" and in VZ Access Manager I have selected "NDIS - Manually connect". Does not have an impact.
It's like the connect switch is forced on and I don't know why. I am out of ideas and need some of yours. This is an X201 with Windows 7 and the latest drivers and VZAM version. It's a domain machine too.
