Good customer service for motherboard replacement

I had an issue with an x220 having stop errors, restarting, and then not turning on at all.

 

I called up, and an onsite tech was with me next available business day. He fitted a replacement motherboard in under 15 minutes, and now the laptop is working. This is the UK.

 

Just some a positive side to the whole thing!
