Re: HOW TO connect X220 DisplayPort to HDMI TV (audio & video)

kent1968,

I think the item you are referring to is the "Sound" icon in Control Panel. From there select the HDMI output with TV.

I have a Y2P (i5) ... Feel free to ping me if you want me to test some applications with your Y2P if you have the same model. I don't mind keep doing recovery on it if needed .... =)

Re: HOW TO connect X220 DisplayPort to HDMI TV (audio & video)

Hi,

Does this cable also work on the W520?

Thanks,

Chris

Re: HOW TO connect X220 DisplayPort to HDMI TV (audio & video)

Thank you thank you!  I was puzzled that the HDMI cable that came with a new portable projector wouldn't fit into the display port, I hadn't realized it wasn't a native HDMI port.  As you promised, this cable provided a quick plug-and-play solution.
