Headphones not detected (X1c 3rd Gen)

2017-11-19, 16:51 PM

My headphones aren't detected when plugged into the port on my X1c 3rd Gen. Additionally, the Realtek audio manager does not open. I think it is a driver issue because they work fine if I boot into Linux (Ubuntu) on this machine and they work fine on my phone.

Things I've tried to fix:
- use a different set of headphones (nothing)
- uninstall and reinstall headphone drivers (nothing)

- uninstall and reinstall Realtek driver (nothing)

- run Windows audio troubleshooter (nothing, but it does report "no audio jack information available")

Anyone have any advice on how to resolve the issue?
