The graphic card of your ThinkPad is soldered on the motherboard, changing it is unfortunately not possible.

The x250 only comes with integrated graphics. There are no motherboard options.

ThinkPad X250 comes only with Intel HD Graphics 5500 & Intel HD Graphics 4400 which is integrated in processor which is embedded in SystemBoard. And only 4th generation processors i5-4300U comes with Intel HD Graphics 4400 rest all models comes with Intel HD Graphics 5500.

I have a lenovo ideapad 310 with
a corei5 processor 7th generation
and 8 GB Ram
and an nvidia geforce 920m graphics card .
can i change my graphics card to a higher one ???
and if it's possible , to which model can i upgrade in order not to affect the balance between the components too much ?

Desktop computers have expansion cards; laptops have motherboards with chips. In general, laptop graphics cannot be changed or upgraded.
