I bought one X280 from eabay, but find back cover missing serial number ,seller state new product lines don't have serial number ,but so far as I know lenovo usually stick serial number label on back cover and warranrty need to check it. BIOS show SN , but SN label missing, if this cass affect warranty?

I don't think you should worry about the label. Even Digital River, the Lenovo reseller that sells the client devices via the Lenovo website in Europe, delivers them without labels. I haven't had any issue with the warranty due to that. I think the BIOS one is the most important one, because if it's missing, you could say the device has been tempered with or the motherboard is not official or so.
