When I'm pressing alt+shift+l I get synaptics touchpad debug information. As this is a combination, that in Polish Programmer keyboard layout is typically used to get letter Ł, this key binding is really annoying.
The only way to disable this that I've found so far is to uninstall synaptics driver. Though this means also loosing touchpad gestures so I'm reluctant to go this way.
As far as I was using WIndows 7, this was not an issue. Anybody has an idea, how to disable this key binding?

As described in this answer on the Microsoft website:
Type the following as a single line into the command prompt window and press Enter:
reg add HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\SynTP\Parameters\Debug /v DumpKernel /d 00000000 /t REG_DWORD /f
Reboot the computer.

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+L is the InDesign shortcut for overriding all masterpage items. It conflicted with the touchpad diagnostics hotkey. Thank you for the solution.

This does not work.
When I right click the Windows icon, the list does not contain
Command Prompt (Admin)
anywhere at all.
How do I get the Admin command prompt or is there another way of doing this?

Are you running Windows 10? If so, try doing a search for "cmd.exe" and then select "Run as administrator" by right-clicking on it when Windows 10 Search finds it, and then proceed from there.

Sorry to spoil the good notes but I'm still searching for a way to shut off the "Shift + L" from the wireless keyboard on my voga i posted about on this conversation a couple of years ago so if there is a solution to that I'd love to know. Thanks!
