How to order replacement keyboard OR how to get hold of Support?

After a little consideration, my loose space key is not bothering me that much. But my "e" key has started to squeek. It is getting so bad that when i use the X220 to take notes during meetings, people smirks and silently laughs. It's getting kind of annoying.

So!

I've been browsing through the forums and the lenovo.com page but still can't figure this out:
Is there a way I can actually talk/write with a real live human being and explain my situation?

I want them to send me a keyboard as I'm pretty sure I can replace it myself, the manual and videos are great. My other option is to use a local company for the job, and that means I'll be without a computer for a week or so, and I'd really like to avoid that.

Thanks! Smiley Happy
