I just received a new Thinkpad pen pro 2 (because my first one got lost). Out of the box the new one was not working and I'm also not able to pair the new pen with the laptop with the WACOM pen app. I always get a "no devices found" message and the the tip to bring the pen into the pairing mode. But how to bring the Thinkpad pen pro 2 into pairing mode?

Are you sure Thinkpad pen pro "2" is compatible with X1 Yoga 3rd gen?
Actually I dont find Pen Pro 2 in Smart Accessary page.
To check the compatibility between laptop and pen, this Excel document on lenovo support site might help.
Go to sheetname "TP X" and check the compatibility between "X1 Yoga 3rd Gen(#20LD,20LE,20LF,20LG)" and pen models in "Digitizer Pen" category at the first column.
