I want to reinsall my system.

I want to reinstall my system, I'm thinking there is a way to restart the first boot installation, but I don't know how.. some one help me please.

If you created the Factory Recovery Disks, you can go back to the original factory level them.  I have done a few times, just be sure to backup the files you want to keep. 

 

The Factory Recovery Disks utility is found under "Lenovo Thinkvantage Tools".

 

You simply boot from the CD/DVD set to begin the process.

I'm afraid I havent made those disks... actually I couldn't because my x100e laptop deosnt have a dvd drive.
I do have a hidden OEM partition, perhaps I can reinstall through it?

Start the laptop and then press the Blue Thinkvantage Button on the keyboard, then it will take you to the recovery partition (assuming you haven't removed it). Under the console menu you would see an option for a full factory reinstall.
