I'm pretty sure we're dealing with the recovery partition here, aka HPA. 

 

The only other thing I can think of trying is changing the setting in BIOS to normal, run SDD at level 1 (quick) to see if that kills it. With the setting at disabled it should be reclaimable, as it says in BIOS

now it's showing C: 4028mb unknown partition

 

and if i delete it it will not recreate

that happene on the old drive the new drive it did the same thing and its size is 4029 one mb bigger.

Would anyone happen to know if the restore Discs would slove this issue?

Because this is take way to long to fix with both of the Hdd doing the same thing.

 

Also I went and formated a partition to one of the Hdd and put it into the laptop and it gives the same thing as before. I also look at it after words and it said on the laptop using Acronis Disk Director unpartitioned space!

I reset the cmos battery and that fixes the issue but I still need to reboot to sree if the issue happens again.
