Keyboard problem

I have a 64 processor T570 W10DG. Yesterday after an update several keys quit working: the 2, w, s, x keys. In order to type I am forced to use the On-Screen Keyboard.  I ran a system scan via Norton, made sure everything is updated and no help. Has anyone any idea of what the cause may be?

Keys in a row or column on the keyboard usually mean a failed keyboard.  You can try to look at site

Did you test the keys using the link provided earlier by richk? If the issue is the same then it is more likely a hardware problem.

Yes I did click on the link and I am embarrassed to say when I it came up it did not have instructions and I did not know how to use it. I clicked on the problem keys and they did not work. I could not tell what, if anything, happened.
