Keypad X60 - 3edc keys not working

My 3edc keys only work very few times after pounding on them. I changed the keypad with a new one but the problem still exist. What may be wrong?  Is this repairable?

Re: Keypad X60 - 3edc keys not working

Hi and welcome to the forum!

By changing the keypad, do you mean replacing the keys? If so, then maybe the problem is beyond repair and probably requires replacement of entire keyboard...

Just my 2 cents.

I replaced the whole key board not just the troubled keys.

Try to clean the keyboard connector on the laptop motherboard. Also does the problem occur on USB keyboard.
