I have purchased 2 new Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 6th Gen (Type 20KH006JMD) in December, and both laptops have problems with Blue Screen after wake up from sleep/hibernate mode. I doesn't happen every time, but very often.
Both laptops have been updatede with the latest firmware and drivers, with Lenovo System Update. One laptop have been reinstallede with Windows 10 Enterprise, and the other has the preinstallede Windows 10 from Lenovo.
Is there a known Blue Screen problem with the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon 6th Gen ?

I also have same issue, sometimes CRITCAL_PROCCESS_DIED , or MEMORY_MANAGMENT ,etc.. or similar to your error, it's happening too often even after clean Windows 10 Pro installation.
Do you have any Updates on this issue, is your Problem solved with recent updates?
