Do you have any idea for the next problem? The company, where I work as an IT Helpdesk bought Lenovo ThinkPad X390 Yoga laptop. We install it with Windows 10 OS ( OS build: 17763.805) and the drivers. It seems, all system is working, BUT when somebody would like to use the mute button, it's not working. We run the System Update, we updated the BIOS. Now the button is working, and the microphone is muted. It's okay.
At the company we use Jabra headset, and when it was connected to the laptop, the mute button not working, and the headset was not muted.
Do you have any idea , how can we solve this problem?

I tested my X390 Yoga with a Jabra USB headset and I'm not seeing this problem. When I press the mic mute button, the LED turns on, I see the mute icon on the screen for 3 seconds, and the microphone is actually muted. Then I can press the button again to unmute it. Do you have any additional information that can help me reproduce the problem here? Have you tried running Vantage -> System Update to make sure all your drivers are up to date?
