No I havent..  it's actually been like this since the purchase of this device.  I'm using it more lately and it getting rather annoying.  I don't want to shutdown completely anymore, because it takes to long to long for Windows to boot after logging in.

Hi Tctcj13,

 

Try reinstalling the operating system and check for the time taken to boot completely.

 

Note: please take a data backup before reinstalling.
