Lenovo X1 Carbon 5th Gen not starting at all

Hi,

 

I just got new X1C 5th gen 2 days ago. 

Yesterday i have installed it and used for the night. Everything was fine.

This morning when i press the power button it is not starting at all.

Tried to do "Reset" with a small hole it has. After resetting, when i press the power button, it turns lights on for a 1 second then again shuts down completely.

I have it fully charged as the light seen as Green.

I also see the ThinkPad's "i" as on, as it looks like in sleep mode.

Really upset about this. Any idea? any Known issues?

Hello guresonur,

Welcome to the forums. I have an X1 Carbon, 5th Gen and am not aware of any known problems. Considering that yours is new, it is probably under warranty. Have you tried calling Lenovo Support to see if they can help?

My company purchased it , so they probably have an agreement with Lenovo, so I asked my responsible colleague how can I contact Lenovo Support, waiting his reply.

Just wanted to know if there is known issue or i am missing something.

Really very sad having this issue on 2nd day.
