I just purchased a brand new X1 Carbon today. I got it all set up and let it fully charge, but when you hover over the battery icon, it says that the computer only has 3 hours of time left. I also went into the power setting in the Lenovo Vantage app...in there it says that the battery condition is Poor and can ony hold 48% of it's original charging capcity?
Do I have a lemon?
Any help is welcome! Thank you!

I have the same problem with a brand new X1 carbon 6th gen. According to the Vantage app, my battery is in poor condition and can only hold 83.16% of its full charge capacity. Is there any software update to fix this issue or is it a hardware problem that needs to be repaired? I attached screenshots of the battery status from the Vantage app below.

I'd like customer to perform the "Battery Gauge Reset" action in Lenovo Vantage to correct the Full Charge Capacity value.
In case the Full Charge Capacity value not improved by Battery Gauge Reset, contact Lenovo service for repair.
Note that Battery Guage Reset action takes several hours.
