Download and Reinstall the drivers from here:
To determine which version of Windows 10 you have:
Click "Start" > type in "Machine Name" a dialog box will pop up and under System Type will tell you whether you have 32 bit or 64 bit edition of Windows installed. Good luck.

If reinstalling the drivers don't solve it then it could be
1. Wifi card is broken
2. Wifi antenna cable has gone lose (it has jumped off the connector slot)
If 2. Isn't it then only option left is 1. You Wil need to replace your WiFi card to solve your problem.

Hi => to follow this thread, can someone help -- I have X1 thinkpad, my WIFI goes down sometimes in the house, but never impacts any other devices in home. But the thinkpad doesnt seem to re-connect, if you click wifi box in lower right, it shows no networks in home or outside, AND the ONLY way to sort the issue is to reboot. It gets annoying to do this daily or more often. Any ideas? Many thanks. -P

Can the wifi card work (show up in device manager) without the antenna cables plugged in? In other words, does it need the antenna cables plugged in in order for it to power on and be detected by windows?
