Lenovo X1c 5th gen with Windows 10 and Logitech m590 lag

2020-04-23, 11:21 AM

Hi everyone,

I'm writing because from some time so far my logitech mouse m590 started to lag slightly when I move it making the movement not smooth anymore and disturbing my workflow since sometimes it looks like freezed for some decime of second then starts to move again.

Generally it is like lagging.

Before opening this thread I tried to look for many other solutions (in the official Windows support forum mainly) without any success.

I even don't know whether it is the mouse or it's a laptop problem... I tried another identical mouse m590 on my laptop and looks the same problems.

With another old wireless logitech mouse the movement is perfectly smooth.

I tried:

  • uninstalling video card and mouse from Device Manager without success
  • runnig in minimal startup to disable all process and then boot it again

No way, the mouse lags.

Any clue how I could do on my lenovo?

Thank you very much
