Lenovo X250 Two Finger Scrolling And Lifting One Finger

Hey. So I recently bought a second hand X250. There are no issues, and once I updated the drivers, most evreything seemed to be working fine. The only issue I have is with the two finger scrolling. So, two finger scrolling itself is fine, but if I lift a finger, it keeps scrolling even when I'm moving with one finger. For example, I'm Scrolling through a page for a link, I find it, then want to click on it. As I move my finger, the screen scrolls instead of the cursor moving. The simple solution would be to just lift my fingers and put it back down, but at this point, it's a habit. I've seen a couple of other posts about it, but havne't seen any solutions. Has anyone found a fix for this?

I don't use the TrackPad on any of my ThinkPads, but I'm wondering if this might be an issue with the Precision Touchpad settings under Windows 10.

If you open Settings|Devices|Touchpad under Windows 10, what options are set in the "Scroll and Zoom" section?
