A few weeks ago I've ordered a repacement battery via https://lenovobattery2014.orderz.com/
A couple days later I've recieved a package, but when I opened up, I've found that the battery is not compatible with my Thinkpad x220. I've checked it's P/N and it seems that they shipped me a battery for x240 or x240t.
I've send a few emails on different Lenovo adresses about it, but it didn't work out:
Local support (I live in Russia) told me that they do not deal with replacement battery program.
My emails to global support were left unrepled (I've tried firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com)
What should I do?
If that's relevant, I've bought my thinkpad in US.

I'm sorry to her that you've got a wrong battery for your laptop. I'd like to give you a hand with this. Did you use the same email address for creating request for the battery replacement as you have on the forum? If not, then send me it in the personal message. Once I will have correct email address I can check your order.
