I ordered a x230 a few weeks ago and i realized i need bluetooth! I know i can purchase a dongle for a few dollars but i rather keep my USB ports free.
Anyone know where I can purchase a bluetooth card so i can install it myself? - Or is it advised not to do that.
What do you think I should do?

2 options come to my mind
1) you can look for bluetooth expresscard (x220 has a slot, so I'm guessing x230 has it as well)
2) you can put it in mini-PCIe slot (for the WWAN card or mSATA SSD), assuming it's empty now, ie. you purchased without WWAN

better yet have a look at this service videos (it's for 220, but 230 is pretty much same)
they refer to CRU (Customer Replacable Units) and cover bluetooth
seems ther's no need for expresscard or mPCIe

Would something like this work?

If you are up for it you can replace your card with a card that can do Bluetooth if you want. Now if the card you are linking will work is not something we can say for sure.

Here is the psref:

It depends on which one you decide to buy and I don't know all the models of the top of my head. My suggestion would be to get a card that is wifi and Bluetooth together so you don't have to be concered about it or get a card that is just Bluetooth but not a Bluetooth/wifi combo.
