Looking for x1 carbon (3rd gen) calibrated color profile

My panel is LP140QH1-SPB1. Anyone with the same have a calibrated color profile they are willing to share?

Also looking for calibrated color profile with Spyder or something  for the B140HTN01.2 . It's not seen anywhere on internet, all the magazines had the better display for their reviews with IPS panel and not this crappy FHD TN panel . 
Anyone willing to share pls ?
