Hi, I recently had an issue with my X1 Carbon 1st Gen Laptop (ThinkPad). Everytime I try accesing desktop apps(ie.., microsoft store) it doesnt let me open the app. It just automatically closes the app. This has been an issue for me for a week now it is still not working. I would very much appreciate if y'all would help me solve this issue. Thanks

Hi! Can you check if the date and time on your computer is correct? If not, follow the steps here:
1. Click on time and date on the right side of your taskbar and go to Adjust date/time.
2. If Set time automatically is checked, and it shows the wrong time, go and uncheck it.
3. Click on Change, under change date and time and set a proper date and time on your computer. Update us how it goes.
