At first, I had the option to change HDR settings of Dolby Vision through the Lenovo Vantage app. However, I recently had to reinstall Windows 10 on my laptop, and now, I can't seem to find the Dolby Vision option in the app. I checked and updated all the drivers and softwares. Is there a dolby package I need to install?

Hi Sau6, and welcome to the Lenovo User Community! Not sure where that went. The Dolby Vision app is downloadable from the Microsoft Store here.

My machine is X1 Extreme, after it came back from the repair center (they did windows re-installation for fixing my laptop), the picture options in dolby vision are missing. Someone said I should reinstall the display drivers but I did update the monitor driver and I am wondering if I uninstall the monitor driver, will I lost the screen?
Can anyone provide the procedure how to reintall the display drivers? THANKS!

Hi, I have the same problem on my brand new X1 Yoga Gen. 4. I can use HDR without a problem when I enable it in Windows. But I can't change Dolby Vision Picture Mode settings.

Same problem here, but on X1 Yoga 3rd Gen. In addition, I get a "dolby vision playback is not authorized on this computer" when attempting to play Dolby Vision titles on Netflix or pretty much any Dolby Vision files.

Have you all installed the HEVC driver for Netflix, if the Dolby app isn’t working that’s pretty much what it did on mine, but after installed HEVC driver vision worked in Netflix fine
my my old thread here,

Yes. I have the HEVC drivers installed and can pretty much play HDR titles but only on Edge. Netflix does see the capability to play Dolby Vision based on the tags that I see when I search, but for playback, I get the "not licensed" message.
