OneLink Pro Dock not able to install

I am tying to install a OneLink Pro Dock to my ThinkPad Carbon X1 and am getting power to the laptop (battery is charging), but no docking capability. The red power indicator light won't go on. I have updated the driver and the firmware. I tried Lenovo phone support, but since I'm out of warrany (both the Thinkpad and the dock), the tech tried to help me troubleshhot but didn't have any solutions. Any ideas?

Hi TeresaNB! When was the last time it worked? Was there any recent changes or any updates installed before the issue arise? Have you also tried the docking station to other devices? Let us know.
