Problem with Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon -Third Gen.

2018-08-09, 20:45 PM

Hello. My laptop behaves as if that my shift key is pressed... I turned off sticky keys and permanently turned it off too.. it didn't work. I checked with on screen keyboard an the on screen keyboard has same problem.. I tried enabling disbaling all serices did a diagnostic startup, normal startup. Had the same problem.. I tried to go into safe mode but I can't select safe mode..Also this problem clears up sometimes... And sometimes not. It works sometimes and sometimes it doesnt.. Like it works once then when i want to test it again after restart the problem pops up once again. I can't afford a new laptop so i have to fix this to squeeze out as much life this laptop has..AIso i tested my laptop keyboard had the same problem occur. And i also deleted mouse and keyboard drivers and i restarted the computer same problem occured. I don't know a fix to this i hope the leveno community knows.

-Cheers, PrimeGD
