I recently installed Windows from scratch. After everything was done, I always get the following message on startup:
[german translation]: There is a problem with starting C:\Program Files(x86)\ThinkPad\Utilities\PWMTR64V.dll
The module could not be found.
I already googled a bit and tride to solve it with the administrative tools, however nothing worked...
Can someone help me here? And yes I am already running all new updates!
Thanks in advance,

I have the same problem on 3 diferent ThinkPad systems after the latest Windows 10 update (December 2018). These systems are X1 Carbon, L480 and L580 (All systems are brand new out of the box!)
Any idea how to solve the issue ASAP?
And yes I tried the solutions as mentioned earlier in the link

Sorry for this problem. Although running "C:\ProgramData\Lenovo\ImController\Plugins\ThinkPowerPackage\x86\setup.exe" will make the error message go away, it will also end up installing a back-level module that contains known bugs. To avoid this problem and continuing using the latest module, please follow these steps: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Vantage-Knowledge-Base/RunDLL-error-message-about-PWMTR64V-dll/t...
We will fix this issue permanently in a Windows Update in early 2019.
