I just received my X1CT today after I had been waiting for almost a month. But Lenovo disappointed me once again.
My laptop is defected. There is a vertical line on the screen. I called Lenovo's customer service to ask for a replacement. Everything seems fine. But I hate the fact that I will have to wait for 3-5 business days to be contacted by Lenovo. Apart from that, I have no idea when Lenovo will be able to ship a new X1CT to me, considering the delay in the delivery process.
Btw, I really love the product. The screen is sub-standard as you know, but I can tolerate it. ^^
I'm kind of frustrated.
