Screen stays black after sleep

Hello,

my built in display stays black after sleep.(Thinkpad X1 Yoga 3rd gen Win10)

I managed to solve this issue by disabling/uninstalling the Display Adapter 'Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620' driver version 25.20.100.6576.

I don't know if this is the reason for my trouble, or even a good solution.

Hopefully you can help me to get everything running.

A second external display shows my system is running  after waking it up(the keyboard and fingerprint reader are also working).

After restarting the system (longpress the power button) the screen turns back on.

I installed every update from Lenovo and windows, and also reinstalled windows once.

I don't run into this problem with Ubuntu.

Thanks for your help
