I normally use a PH0, (sometimes PH00 for some of the silver screws)

That's great info, Rich!
I'm definitely going to get both the similar 71281H Ph/Sl set, as 74501 looks unavailable now, and the 70381H Torx set. Both are listed at $5.97.
I am not a Lenovo employee

unfortunately i dont have somebody who can provide me screwdriver from US from Home Depot :/
available in amazon :
i have set 3 flat 2 philips driver. which are PH0 and PH00 but it s not so good. u cant imagine how many screws i broked and ruined.
i have bigger Philips screwdriver it fits better than PH0 but it is strong for thinkpad screws. when i apply a little more pressure it is easy to break the screw. screws are made with very poor quality by the way. instead stops screwdriver their heads easily getting loose.
i found this one i dont know if it s good :

Check if you are interested from below link, we are using the same set.
The second link which you have provided is also good, in that you are having “Pry Plate” from which it will be easy to remove Keyboard bezel & LCD covers. http://i.imgur.com/XcaZYiv.jpg

it will be PH 0 or PH 1.. it would be better if there was something between 0 - 1 like 0.5. because #1 is a bit big for screws and #0 is a little small.

PH0 works perfectly fine in all my ThinkPads, only some WLAN, WWAN cards needed the PH00

#00, #0, #1 and some flat screwdrives plus the tool in the picture with plastic plates. i think these will be enough.
thanks for your advises.
