I have been purchasing think pads for 20 years (x220 and x1). Bought a fully loaded X1 6th gen based on all-day computing claims. Nowhere close. I followed all of their advice. Gotten the battery replaced and motherboard fixed. Still not even close.
Contacted customer service directly. They are ghosting me now. Horrible.
I am so upset.
