Hi, I cannot find the "Reset" option? Is it on the page of "My Dashboard" or "My Device Settings"? I don't seem to see such button? Can you do a screen shot please?

Looks like the only option is turning "OFF" the "Colour Temperature in Eye Care Mode", along with maximising the "Daytime Colour Temperature". (screen shot below). Obviously this is  not healthy for the eyes at night time but it gets rid of the orange tint which no one needs!

Lenovo needs to fix the problem.

Hello,

This appears to be a bug introduced in a recent Windows update, according to this article from MSPowerUser:  Cumulative Update KB4512941 delivers bizarre new orange screenshots bug

I am not particularly familiar with that news website, but it does suggest installing newer video drivers or removing the update as a temporary workaround.

Great! worked for me. Yikes. The updates from Lenovo are atrocious. Every update is worst than the former.

Re:Snipping Tool Has Orange Tint Now

Six month later, and it seems this problem is still current. In fact, the one solution of turning off eye-care in Vantage is no longer valid since the newest version does not have the eye-care option. It simply directs you to windows settings if you want to do changes to the "display color temperature". I turned off the "night light" option in windows settings. Schedule night light is also disabled. My screen captures from the print screen key as well as the snip & skitch tool comes out so washed out that none of the information on the image is legible. It's not an orange tint anymore. It's more washed out and scrambled colours. If text is written in grey it doesn't appear in the capture image at all.

Has there been any current news on fixing this issue ?

Same problem here. It seems to be connected with usage of a second monitor (via dock). On the laptop alone colors don´t change. With monitor attached, colors change on laptop and monitor.
