When scrolling with the trackpoint, I find that the pages don't roll as smooth as the older Thinkpads did. My T410 scrolls much more smoothly than my X250, and I'm thinking that it is a driver issue. I have the latest Synaptics driver, which would be 188.8.131.52. I've tried rolling back the drivers, and it still doesn't improve the scrolling issue. Did anyone else experience this problem? Has anyone fixed it?
Also, as an aside, I've found that I could not play FPS games with trackpoint. The left and right buttons don't click immediately after typing. I always get killed right after sprinting because I'm standing there, unable to shoot. Other than that, the trackpoint is suprisingly easy to use for games.

Glad it's not just me...same thing in my 2015 X1...very poor trackpoint scrolling unless you go super slowly but it often gets out of control on me. Praying Synaptics puts out a driver fix, and soon!!!!!

A new Synaptics driver that supports the X250 (and some X1Cs) was released on 4/10/15. You can find it here:
Please let me know if this improves the scrolling experience.

Scrolling seems to be back to normal in this driver on my W520. The sticky two-finger scroll also seems to be fixed.
EDIT: Belay that; the old scroll one line at a time bug is back.
