I have problem with activating Verizon boardband service on my X1 laptop after it is back from the warranty service (bad mother board, my laptop has been working find with Verizon broadband service for 9 months before the motherboard died).

This is the same issue happened on the same model of my laptop, same model of my built-in air card.
The only difference is it was the windows 7 and mine is windows 8.1
Unfortunately, the solution on that article does not work for my case.
I contacted Lenovo and wait for the level 2 tech support to contact back to me my case number is 302MRJ8.
If anyone has any input please feel free to join in.
