Re:The New, 1st Generation X1 Nano... Yeah... You Know You Want One! ;-)

Thanks for posting this. I too was having a BT lag issue, but it was with my X1 Titanium. Also on the EVO platform. I figured it was a driver issue and since the  drivers for this system are so new there were not many to choose from to test (none of them fixed it).

Once I put this into my registry the BT lag was gone! So nice to be able to use my mouse and keyboard like normal now.

I just bought a Nano and this issue is driving me crazy since I otherwise love this laptop. However, I am new to Windows -- can you offer an idiot's explanation of how to edit the registry as you describe in your post? I have no idea how to do this.

I had trouble identifying if this model has the self-healing BIOS that is compatible with Absolute Persistence for theft prevention?  I am also trying to identify which port replicator/s are compatible with this model?

Hi all!

Would you, lucky owners of the X1 Nano confirm if that "Lenovo" lettering on the display lid is engraved or otherwise a sticker?

Thanks in advance.

It is not just a sticker.  If I run my finger over it I can feel that the outer rectangular portion is inset within the lid by less than 1mm, with the letters in "Lenovo" each protruding ever so slightly.

Just picked up the Nano. Nice little laptop. To answer my own question is it a different material trackpad, much smoother glass than previous versions and does not leave marks on it.
