I have problems with the audio on my Think Pad X380 Yoga. The internal speakers and the headphone jack aren't working. I tried to reinstall the audio driver several times. Every time I uninstall the Conexant SmartAudio HD driver the Notebook reinstalls the driver by itself after restart. I also tried to manually install it before rebooting the system. Which worked but didn’t fix the problem.
At the moment driver version 220.127.116.11 is installed, which should be the newest version.
Does anyone have an idea what I could do? I can see the green audio output moving on the volume mixer in windows.
And before you ask, yes I have tried to fix my sound problem with the Lenovo help site (https://support.lenovo.com/gr/de/solutions/ht501860).

Somehow the issue resolved itself by magic....
The only thing I did was connecting Bluetooth headphones. After that the speakers worked again....
