Just set up my new Thunderbolt 3 Gen 2 Dock on my Lenovo X280, everything is working fine apart from the fact that it is not charging the laptop.
How can I fix this?

Hi Pricy55! Welcome to our forums community. We've checked and we are able to see a recent update for your docking station. Try to install and check if the issue is the same.
If the issue is the same , run the update from the Think Vantage app and install all available updates then restart the computer and check if the issue is the same.
