Greetings from Portugal
Ordered from Lenovo Portuguese website at 28/11/2019:
- A costumized X1 extreme gen2: I7, 16Gb ram, 512ssd, FHD500 nit, smartcard reader and ethernet dongle;
- Lenovo thinkpad essential backpack.
I already received the backpack, but i dont still have any information about the laptop shipment, (when i ordered, it said 2/3 weeks to ship), and I am little bit scared, because i used a temporary card to pay, with december expiration.
I dont now how to do if the laptop ships on January for example, because if that happens, they wont be able to receive the payment.
This is the first time I buy into Lenovo website and the second Thinkpad laptop (the first was an old IBM Thinkpad T20s)

Hi.. I too received the similar mail. I had ordered on 28th November.
When can i expect the fulfillment ot happen? Digital river doesnt update the expected date of shipment
