ThinkPad X1 Carbon 9th USB-C Dock issues

So I have this problem

Can you tell me what's happening with your dock and X1 carbon 9th Gen?
Have you tried some steps from those links shared by fellow members? Did you check if disabling the "Always on USB" helps?
I suggest that you share the machine type model / MTM (ex. 81C70000RK or 20UD000BUS) from the sticker usually under the case.

This would help us detail more about your machine variant while keeping the confidentiality of your serial number. 
Please provide the part number of the dock as well.
Update us how it goes.

I'm using the X1 Carbon 9th Gen (20XW003NUS) . and this docking station. https://www.amazon.com/Docking-Station-Charging-Ethernet-Port-USB/dp/B088WL51T4

 

the docking station shouldn't be a problem its supposed to be supported this is type c and I connected it to the type c port.

 

The problem I have is, that every few minutes I have sound of connected\disconnected devices like keyboard and mouse, and the Ethernet cable is disconnected too.

I have 2 monitors that connect to the Dock, 1 via VGA 1 via HDMI.

 

every driver in my laptop is updated, and every thing else is running ok.

Sometimes I can go an hour without loss of USB Ports, but other times it happens back to back constantly a dozen times in a row and there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to what's triggering it.  I just have to sit back and watch it disconnect and reconnect back and forth until it decides its done.

and the monitors keeps working need to mention*.
