Thinkpad X1 Carbon 2nd Gen - Adaptive Keyboard went off everytime resuming from sleep

2017-03-03, 20:47 PM

Hi All. I have a Thinkpad X1 Carbon 2nd Gen 2014 (20A7/20A8),  Win10 64bit, all drivers updated.

The problem is that the Adaptive Keyboard always went off automately everytime I resume the ThinkPad from sleep.

And it remains off (black) until I reboot the ThinkPad. Or turn off and on the ThinkPad.

I have tried to replace my Adaptive Keyboard with another new spare part. But this problem remain unresolved.

Could anyone give me some advice? Thanks a lot.

This problem has been resolved by installing the latest driver:  Hotkey Features Integration
