I had a Lenovo L450 for 4 years, loved it, great computer
I just bought the X1 Extreme and in the first week a key just jumped out from the keyboard! And yesterday I noted the screen is somehow ungluing the notebook structure (photos attached).
Tried to reach the Support team. 40 minutes in the phone to make a request. 1 hour at the browser waiting for a chat appointment. After finally getting the protocol with my complaining, at the same night the protocol were "solved", magically! Worst consumer experience I ever had.
I want my money back.
