Neither the stylus nor the touch is longer working. Seems to be related to an upgrade of Touch Firmware from Lenovo.
Lenovo support here in Sweden recommends a complete reinstall of Windows.
Update: When I found this https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/se/en/solutions/HT502617 article and tried it, it didn't work.
There, I found that the "HID-Compliant pen" and "HID-Compliant touch.." were greyed out. Update: My timeline for this is that I used the touchscreen/pen on a meeting on October 9, the Touch firmware updated on October 11 (prompted by Lenovo Vantage) on a meeting the next day, neither the touch nor the pen worked. No significant Windows updates, the version of Windows 10 is 1803
